Sunny Sunday

Postby ultraslacker » Sun Aug 27, 2017 12:30 pm

MEC 10k Race this morning. :)

It was actually a little short. Strava says 9.5km, and Bryan said that he measured a tiny bit short too, but close enough.

I came it at 1:04:xx, which I was happy with, all things considered.

Shout out to Mary for cheering and providing watermelon and gatorade!

Great job on the race!

I just hit the trails for about 9K. Still can't believe how many mosquitos are out there. It's definitely an incentive to keep running, LOL.

I finally got out there for another run... 4.61km in 30 minutes, with a few walk breaks thrown in there. 98m further than the last run! Celebrating the little achievements right now...
