My tapering isn't going so well: another 14 miles of low impact done on Seabrook trails.
Then, my post run lunch was an experimental for next week's race. I used a green wrap and put refried beans and guacamole in it. It was delicious. I think I'll make several of those for my 48 hour race next weekend.
