Sunday beach run in the Philippines.

It is 9am here on Sunday. Perfect day for a run on the beach. I ran 7km on the Bauang beach. The sand is perfectly runnable. I wore my road shoes instead of the trail shoes. Quite a few people out on the beach running and walking at 6am.
