Tapering Sucks

Postby rickybobby » Tue Oct 30, 2018 2:09 pm

That's all....it just sucks....I'm losing my mind. I don't know how much immunity booster I can handle. At least 10 times I though I was coming down with a cold. I need to run tonight. 7 or 8KM should do it.

Windy.
It's never too early to taper or to carbo load.

Taper tantrums....you should be used to them by now!!! Your body is gaining strength after your heavy training schedule and is letting all those muscle microtears etc. heal up. Go out and spend some money: your credit card is supposed to get hot while you are waiting for race day...
