Physio exercises.
Two fat bike accidents and I injured my rotator cuff and knee. These injuries were a blessing in disguise as it showed me that I may have been strong as I have been in cycling, the supporting tissues were weak and vulnerable to injury as per the physio exercises I was given by my therapist. I have adapted other physio type exercises to address my imbalances and weak areas. Part of getting older.
