hehehe yeah I know.. I'm just bored.

I rolled my ankle, again! Arghhh *grumble. So it will be a long night of boo-boo kissing ahead of me.

I sure wish I had my personal nurse with me... :D

Perhaps, people with less than 25 posts should get their own name, like:

Newbie
Wannabe-Maniacs
Virgins

Whatta ya think, Holly ????

andy :) Peace !!!

Ew, not Newbie.. nobody likes that word

Why not just call everyone 'Maniacs'... It is the name of the website.

Maybe Lurker?

Just kidding . I was teased quite a bit at the fun run the Saturday of NCM because I was with a "forumite" but had never posted on the site in question. Bunsontherun kept calling me a lurker. I kept saying "I am not a lurker - I have never even heard of the forum before [the friend I was with] told me about it yesterday, and about how she planned to come to meet with some fellow forumites".

Honestly - I am not a lurker. I am just easily distracted - I often am reading the site, think about posting, and then become distracted by something else (often another thread that looks interesting)!

Cheers,

Heidi

I, myself, was a lurker.. big time.

I didnt ever know what to post. Everyone seems to know each other very well. Plus, I dont win races or train smart.. so nothing interesting to say except for my latest injury, etc.

But, the only way we get to know each other is by posting! You are all very welcome! It's nice to get to know everyone.

It may be a nice idea for a title under 25 posts. For me, it was motivation to get to the 25 posts! Then to get to 100 for the addict status!

Thanks Angel for saying I'm not nothing. :)

I would like very much to post more...but I never know what to say!! I don't have any advice for people as I'm new to running. And sometimes I feel like I don't know people well enough to say things.

OK. I've just decided I'm going to try to become a maniac. That is my quest. Because only then will I have a true sense of belonging. 8)

Okay, I know that was cheesey - I just had to!

Plus, it gave me something to post - 'cause I ALSO always feel like I have nothing to post.

Cheers,
Heidi
