I have the spreadsheet set up to take a total number from each day of the workout, plus all the tests.

So for week one you'll have 1a, 1b, and 1c (three workouts). Just give me the total number of pushups from each one. Make sense?

For now, I just want the initial tests--and then Monday will be the official start.

I got 22.

I did strength training yesterday (which involve IronEvilColl pushups), so I am not sure if that is a completely accurate number.

I run because it's my passion, and not just a sport. Every time I walk out the door, I know why I'm going where I'm going and I'm already focused on that special place where I find my peace and solitude. Running, to me, is more than just a physical exercise...it's a consistent reward for victory!
