I went for my first interval run tonight....keep in mind I have probably actually run maybe 5 times in my life up to now (excluding high school rugby a long time ago).
I'm sure there is some sort of theory that I need to eat some carbs or something to recover....but I have not exactly been watching what goes in my cake-hole in the first place....case in point....I chowed on a mondo bag of greasy cheezy nacho chips for supper. (Hubby is away, and I didn't feel like cooking so I broke out the left over KD for the kids). That all said, I am still craving the last bit that is in the bag....
All I need is someone's expert or quazi-informed (I'm not picky) oppinion telling me not to touch the death chips....I will do as told (cussing you out in the process, but I will follow orders).
Everything about the training process, including programs, experiences, etc.
