No run planned for tomorrow, so the total for the month is 185 - I'm OK with that.

2K away from goal (60K for October). Planning to head to the gym in the morning, hoping for a 5K t/m run so that will put me over the top!
Short of breaking a leg during the night (knocks wood) I can't see any reason for not making my goal!

Well the 42.2 couldn't have gone any better.

Total for the month is 118K. Race recovery and hip injury have slowed me up. But that's ok.
On the books for 2017:

Run for Water 10K- May 28th
Scotia Half - June 25th
Trail River Run half marathon- Sept. 30- CANCELLED

Didn't quite make it... just a hair under 80K. Hoping for about the same in November. My weekly schedule for work and school clinic has been fluctuating so I just never know when I am going to have evenings off......

A bit lower mileage than I am use to, but, I did have a Full Marathon, 2 Half Marathons and a 10K event this month, but still happy with it, considering the whole month was one of tapering and recovering in between races ... :shifty:

149.7 km. Not a single long run in there (other than a 42.2km trot around Prince Edward County at the beginning of the month). Feeling good and rested now, and ready to get back at it.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.
