283k this month. Not my highest month in terms of kilometers, but, very happy with the way my tempo runs have been feeling and my recovery has been very quick after hard efforts. :D

Jun 25: St. Malo Triathlon - Sprint - done
Jul 16: Morden Triathlon - Sprint - done
