Walking Aid Stations

Postby Madame Bourette » Thu Aug 16, 2007 8:41 pm

I walked the Aid Stations during Ironman Lake Placid. Does it make me a walker?

I reckon you know the answer Iron.

Whether you walk the aid stations, run them, or completely ignore them the clock keeps running and it's up to the individual gauged on what will bring the best overall result.
Not the quarry but the chase,
not the trophy but the race.
