Walking Wednesday

Postby Ken B » Wed Jun 14, 2006 1:58 pm

I haven't posted in the walking section for some time. Last week i had only two walks in addition to my running. Both about 8 km.

This week, today was my first walk. I walked 12 km at noon. Happy walking to all those walking today!

I walked to my RR today. It's about 2k each way. It's all I'll do today since I am sick. But it was nice to get out. It's hot and muggy here, so it really tired me out.

Good for you RA. I hope that you are feeling better soon. I find that when I can't run, sometimes a walk helps me feel a bit better.

I can't seem to get myself motivated to go for a run lately but I have been walking.
Sunday I went for an 8.5K walk and today at lunch I had about a 2.5K walk. I feel much better in the afternoons at work after a walk at Lunch.
