Cool! Not that I'll be doing the 50K but that will be a nice option for the local mountain goats.

Funny I ran off to check when IOD is this year. Looks to be Nov 3 so I'd be home. I'd like to have an idea of the course, if its anything near Camp Fortune I couldn't do 25k let alone 50.

So many trail runs, so little time... Let's add some extra days to the calendar. I propose a 400 day year. All those in favour vote yes!
It's a hill. Get over it!

Pretty darn hilly from what I've heard, although I've never been up there. Mike changes up the course a bit with each race since he breaks trail. It's on his property. There used to be a Garmin Training Centre course profile from the 5 peaks race but I can't seem to find it online anymore.

@chainsaw baby. YES!!! as long as the extra 35 days are summer.

And @ Carm Mike responded to my email pretty quick, he said it'll be a relentless the first 10k of each 25k loop the rest would be runnable. He was quite honest saying it'll be tough. Then again no worries of me winning anyway so it sounds fun.

Cool! Why do trail running if there aren't any fun hills to climb? :)

This one's on my shortlist for potential fall races. Distance TBD, depending on how the summer goes.
