Running Mania

In an attempt to encourage myself to get focused again on training I have started to document my training for the Eiger Ultra Trail in July. Right now I focus on documenting my runs especially when I train in the rockies. I did one topic discussion focused on dressing for winter running and looking for additional ideas for training topics for ultra marathons. I have completed a number of ultras as a an upper mid pack runner and would like to show people that most people can fit enough training into their busy lives to finish an ultra marathon.
