Adidas 1 809700 $350.00

Adidas Women's Shoes

809700 - Adidas 1

the worlds first intelligent shoe uses a microprocessor that is capable of processing 20,000 sensor readings per second in order to adjust the cushion based on the running surface and provide you with a smooth ride.
Three years in the making the adidas one is a celebration of innovation.
I used to run. All the time.
Now? Notsomuch.
I'm still a runner, though.
Life is fluid and ever changing. I am too.

I think this is one of those products that a company "releases" to create Brand Buzz, even though they know they'll never actually sell any. Creates a conversation...

I've seen this type of chocolate fondue in Paris but on a smaller scale, good for 4-8 people.

On a related note, there was a story in either the Globe & Mail or the Winnipeg Free Press last summer (2004) about one of the engineers that worked on the design of that shoe was either a grad of U of Manitoba Engineering or was there on a research exchange program; so another case of the Canadian talent making cool things :-)
