Here I am in front of the gym at our Hotel.
I hope this works- it's my first attempt at this. Plus it's only a scan from the actual pic.

Just got back from Austin, Texas so here's my addition fresh off the press (or flash card as the case may be).

No unfortunately he was still recoverying from the State of the Union address the night before. I'm sure it's pretty hard to say all that stuff he did with a straight face.

I actually lucked out. I was trying to find somewhere that showed what city I was in and came across the Austin power plant near the end of my run. Luckily there was a woman who was stretching at that exact spot who was happy to assist.

Wow, has anyone ever noticed how good looking all the maniacs are?

I don't have any photos yet of my shirt. I'll get on it.

Hey Brendan, I saw Kate's quotes in the Sunday Daily News about when you must have been interviewed in the airport line-up on your way to Cuba!
"A true conservationist is a man who knows that the world is not given by his fathers but borrowed from his children." - John James Audubon

"The ultimate test of a moral society is the kind of world that it leaves to its children." - Dietrich Bonhoeffer

"I was watching the London Marathon and saw one runner dressed as a chicken and another runner dressed as an egg. I thought: 'This could be interesting'." - Paddy Lennox

UGH!!!I totally forgot about that..... NO PIC I hope.....

Says I, "you can't have our last names!"

Says the reporter "Oh? they probably won't print your quotes without it blah blah.."

Says I, "Sorry, I am not advertising in your paper that I am out of town of over a week...."

Says the reporter "Ah... never thought about that"

I love the one on the Champs Elysees! That orange shirt sure stands out with most of the other people who are all dressed in dark colours (except for the one guy in red who ruined it! ) But they are all great!

I agree -- it seems that runners are all great looking people (if I must say so myself! ) Not only does running make us look great, but that orange colour really brings out the best in us!

Great pic Brendan and great new avatar Ian!

I'm torn between loving these RM-on-vacation pics, and hating them - since the only travelling my RM shirt's done is Detroit, Michigan. :?
