US pricing is $50 more than the watches they replace, ie $249 and $399.

I would upgrade to the 220 from my 110 if I knew it had a smoothed instantaneous pace feature. My sister has a 210 and the pace is too jittery to be all that useful. I asked that question in the comments.

U.S. $250 and $400 respectively, plus $50 for HRM.

Ooh...very nice. Now I'm envious again. :) Although I love my 910xt for the swim features.

One changed feature is the wristband on the 620 vs. the 610 (which is what I had so much trouble with and had to return it). The 620 is hinged on one side like the 910 so it won't have the breakage issues I was having with the 610.

I also like the wifi upload feature. I wonder if it works with iOS?

I don't like the 610 wrist band, either. The pin has dislodged a few times while I've been running and I've almost lost the watch!

That's why I returned mine to MEC and got the 910xt instead. :) Before that I kept repairing it with KT tape. Garmin knows it's a design flaw now... You might be able to get it replaced.

Mine was a gift, so I don't have a receipt.

I have pre-ordered a FR220. Gps city says they will be out in 2 days (October 10), most places say later.

My aging 205's battery is fading fast. I often now see battery low warnings, and on Saturday it died completely at the one hour mark. It is 4 1/2 years old and well used; I use it every run and lots of hikes and bike rides too.

220 will only show 3 concurrent fields, I am used to 4. Half the weight will be nice though. 77/40 grams.

My 910xt is starting to f-up. I'm considering the 620... I've always wanted the every day watch thing.

(it told me my pace was 5:xx when we were actually going 4:2x... it ceases to be useful then).

In stock date has changed to November 14. I suspected as much.

Adidas announced this week their new micoach smart run watch. Yes it has gps, touchscreen, watch mode, bluetooth and wifi. New features include strapless hrm and music player to your bluetooth headphones. It runs Android 4.1 operating system.

Looks a little clunky though.

I like the looks of these and would love to get one, but I just can't justify it. My "problem" is that my old, clunky Garmin Forerunner 305 refuses to die! The thing is virtually indestructible, LOL.

that's crazy because I'm on my 3rd garmin. This one has been going for almost 5 years but the ones before that each only lasted 1.5 years.

Yeah I know! This thing has been poured on, snowed on, smashed into the ground when falling on trails, used in -30 and +30, kept in a frozen truck for a few days, etc. I think it's alive or something

I just cancelled my FR220 pre-order and got a 310XT from Costco, at $179 until the 17th. http://www.costco.ca/Garmin%C2%AE-Forerunner-310XT-with-Heart-Rate-Monitor.product.100032392.html? With HRM! Free shipping!

Main reason, more features (and less money). Twice the battery life, 4 data fields per screen not 3, virtual partner, bike mode/tri features. Would I prefer it be half the weight? Sure, but I love the 4 data fields that I am used to after using a 205 for 7 years.

The 310 is a great watch. Sometimes I wonder why I went to a 910, though mostly the altimeter does work so its useful and I got tired of the orange/grey.

Sounds like a great deal
