Changing Headlamp Battery Tikka 2

Postby Habs4ever » Sun Oct 20, 2013 1:35 pm

We have the Petzl Tikka XP2 headlamp. The battery needs changed, but I can't figure out how to get to the battery compartment. I'm scared to push or pull to hard in case I break something.

HELP!

If it's like mine, it does take some force to get it open. I usually just put steady pressure on it and it eventually pops open.

Good luck!

Phew! Got it open, not me, Steve did. I figure if it gets broken it can be on him. Batteries changed, wow, is it ever bright now.
