Winner's

Postby jacob42.2 » Wed Jul 27, 2005 6:48 pm

I dunno if anyone has ever been there, but they have some great deals on decent clothing. And they do have a very large...well at least the I one I visit every now and then, section of techincal clothing and warm up suits. They even had some tech socks last time I was there.

I check Winners frequently... I got my famous red Nike shirt there (the one in my avatar) and I've bought a few other things there too.

I was theer the other night. They have just received a bunch of womens Nike Sphere Pro Dry running jackets and vests. I ran in the vest all last winter.

The jackets retailed for 160.00 and Winners has then for 79.99. The vest is 39.99! Great prices!!

Holly, I have the exact same shirt which I also bought at Winners. I noticed it in your avatar a while ago - HA!

they also have great deals on sports bras and socks. I even bought a pair of Adidas trail shoes there just after Christmas for $50 - running shoes for $50, what a deal.

I went in the other day and saw a nice Nike running jacket. I'm hoping the price will go down and bit and if it does I'm going to GRAB it.

They probably carry all the left over from annual inventory or something. I saw a few tech shirts and pants and in the most popular brans too! But Try to shop there with kids......it's impossible. I plan to go in a couple weeks my trip to Quebec la belle province!! And all by myself!

Man, I hate that I was offline/on dialup for so long -- I went to Winners in Pickering when we were en vacances, and got me a pair of long Adidas pants for about 35 bucks. They had some good deals on Hind sleeveless tech shirts, too -- but I'm shopping for fall/winter before I do anything else.

Winners is great, you just have to look! I have gotten some great technical shirts there, running tights and it is also really good for picture frames (in case anyone wanted to know :D ).

Winners is awesome.

I used to have two friends who worked there and got my crazy discounts on already marked down items.....but alas they have moved on to better things. :(

Picked up some great running socks - with extra cushioning, wicking and all the bells and whistles. It seem it's always a good time to check them out!
