Straps on the JUNO bra...

Postby Dr. S » Sun Jun 01, 2014 2:59 pm

I bought my first Juno bra last week and LOVE it, wow what a difference can it make when you have a big chest!!!

However, I notice some pretty intense chaffing near the straps. Anybody get these? I'm thinking body glide next time but at the same time, if it does this for a 10K, how bad is it going to be for a half or marathon down the road! I'm pretty sure I got the right size, since I pretty much tried all the sizes that could fit me and it was the only one that I was comfortable in. And a girl helped me at the running store...

I don't have the Juno, but I find the same with the Maia2, but kind of at the base of the strap on the front. No advice, just commiserating. I don't find any issues with the Fiona.

For all the people who would be wondering where drghfx is on a bra thread, I just wanted to post this early to save you the trouble of typing. Let the discussion continue, JUNO, in good taste.

I have the Fiona and have to use body glide every time along the band in front.

I can't remember if I have the Juno or Fiona. :? I wore it for the 50k, but with tons of body glide. No problems.
Racer back, but the band still does up with eye and hook at the back.

It's good to see I'm not alone but I hate to rely on body glide as a profusely sweating person....

Thanks CMMH, been using body glide ever since for runs over 45 mins. At 30 mins there is no chaffing.
