New PB in the 10k but I don't know how to post it in the OP - 41:02 is the time; getting closer to the 20/40/90.
My husband always jokes that you should be able to run your age for a 10k.

We train more joyfully and productively when we focus on the now, rather than on our future race day performance. It's a long road from here to there with many miles to go. We need to run each one. Accept where you are today and simply be thankful for the work you've accomplished. KA

Hope it's not too late to join. My penalty is that I miss out on using new 5k (22:19) and 1/2 (1:41:15) PBs from March and April. It'll be tough but I'll shoot for 21/45/100 instead of creating a 22/47/100.

Re: 2011 - 5k/10k/21k Speed Challenges
So far this year I am 20:49/40:39/1:30 for the 5/10/21.1 so really only the 10k gets "updated"
the 5K I did in pretty god-awful humidity a couple of weeks ago so I'm hoping for a better one in Sept.
according to my watch I beat the 10k goal, but of course my watch ended up being a little long and read 6.28 or 6.35

I have no races planned or the rest of the year except 10ks. Who knows if I'll get sub-41. I doubt it. At this point I'd be happy with a sub-50.
