Well....the CT Scan results are in....drumroll please.....

Herniated disc at C6-C7. Nice huh?

First website I checked on this condition describes this as follows ""A C6 C7 disc that is herniated can be one of the most painful and debilitating conditions a person could ever suffer with."

Lucky me!
No wonder that sucker hurt so much when it first came on.
Oh well. Rehab time....pitter patter!!

Go big or go home! You couldn't manage to just have something minor, could you?

Hope you feel better soon!

I have a client who lives in this area and is "insistent" I visit her...and I told her I would love to cheer at Haliburton.

If I know there are going to be naked runners...I'm all over this plan

Seriously...I do plan on being there to cheer on Maniacs...just need to figure out some doggie logistics. Doggie is invited to client's home but on race day I would like to kennel her so as not to leave The Beast with the client...any suggestions for doggie kennels??? :D

If not for my habit of finding every root with my toes (you saw me fall twice at horseshoe  ), I would entertain it.
I'd probably end up breaking every toe.

I have an idea for C-Moss....we'll secretly tie a pork chop to Sheldon's fuel belt and have C-Moss chase him the whole way to a PB!
C-Moss is kept busy, Sheldon PBs....its win-win!

Not sure she'd even need the pork chop enticement. She loves running trails. When we went to Batawa to hike the Fat Ass route the weekend prior to the race she abandonned me and ran 25km with my friend Marc and a group of other runners...Marc told me she stayed in the lead the entire time :D :D
