JoJo - your friends will be in my thoughts. I was just reading something at work the other day about a pediatrician who now works in the NICU she was born in (at around 22 weeks, I believe  ), so miracles can and do happen.

Just wanted to add my "good lucks" to all the hot ATB mama's this weekend! I was reading some of the lead up posts on TriRudy this week, and remembered what a great time I had in 2009 with LadyJ and AndyM on the bus trip!

I have an update.

But it is not the update I wanted to post.

All 3 of Sarah's babies died upon delivery.

I don't know what to do that will help Sarah and Alex out. At this point keeping them in my thoughts and prayers will suffice.

I hope I can think of some practical things to do in the coming weeks.

I feel incredibly sad for them.

Thank you all for your support.

oh Jo-Jo. thank you for the update.

I'll be giving my babies extra kisses.

I'm so sorry for them. I can't even imagine that kind of loss.

Definitely keep them in your thoughts and prayers. I'm not sure how close you are to them, but, something that I know I've heard that people appreciate during times of loss is just to know that people are thinking of them.

Another thing that always helps is food. A good way to combine those is an edible arrangement - eating healthy fruit is a good thing when food is probably the last thing on your mind.

Could you offer to keep Rodin (their dog, or, sailor?) happy by taking him on some off leash walks as often as possible?

Thanks Kiza...these are all good ideas. And I think I can do all of them. (BTW...Rodin is their dog).

It will do my soul good to see you next week...and meet Dexter...and "chat" with Delilah.

Oh goodness, Jo-Jo, I'm so sorry to read this.
I will definitely be praying for them.
My mom lost her first baby, and I know she's told me that packing up all the baby stuff was the hardest part. Is there any way you could help in that practical way? You don't have to answer, just food for thought.

Not a loser...brag that you can FIT into the clothes from 2 years ago AND EVEN AFTER you had a baby.

Jo-Jo, that is incredibly sad. So sorry to hear.

We're going to try this new thing called jogging. Or maybe it's yogging-with a silent "j". Apparently you just run for an extended period of time. It's supposed to be wild.

I am so sorry for your friends, Jo-Jo. I can't even imagine. V is getting extra cuddles today.

I will think of them as I am running ATB tomorrow. 10k for each baby. I might struggle, but it will be nothing compared to what they are going through.
