Clearly she hates Mayor Bloomberg. She's just using the bike share program as her latest gripe against him.

And unless I misheard them, it sounded like both women called the program CitiBANK at least twice.

Its sponsored by CitiBank but its called CitiBike. I imagine CitiBank is counting on a bit of mushmouth to advertise the bank a bit more.
