A Canadian in pink again! Great job today to pull the team through to the stage win.Good lord what a horrific start for Garmin... Dan Martin hit a manhole cover and lost it, taking out everyone behind him. He's out of the race, Ryder managed to finish but is now 3 mins down.
I'm curious what others think... but IMO when the 5th rider in line hits a manhole cover and wipes out, the blame rests on the guy pulling at the front. He needs to avoid obstacles, not lead his team over them!
