I especially liked the one about the guy who ran the Calgary Marathon. :D :!:

What a great site. I only made it through the first story, and I'm so misty eyed (and reaching for a kleenex)

it's a wonderful site that I read many many times over before my first marathon.

When running my first marathon, I was scripting my story during the race! The interesting thing is that I knew that I wasn't going to write a big story about this year's race, and, therefore I don't remember nearly as much (weird, eh?)

Warning:

Do not go to that site if you are trying to hydrate for a race, I think I have lost a full litre of water (and about 30 minutes of work time) crying at these stories and I have only gotten through 3 of them so far.

Amazing site!
