Huge congratulations to you Ian!

Just amazing - your dedication to the sport and the respect you have for all of us on this board is very inspiring. Congratulations again.

Are you doing Boston again in 2010?

Unlikely. With the big 3 out of the way, I'm starting to think about the next US race to do... I think Vegas might be the frontrunner.

That is crazy fast.

Loved your report. It had the rythm of your race in it.

Congrats Ian, simply awesome result. Another PB. Ho-HUm. Is that what dedication produces?
I can only image writing 5k splits with descending times beside them.

Like Steve said, Thanks for saving the beer!! I got two in!

I took Vegas off my wish list today because the website (I think that's the website) is a little overwhelming.

But maybe I'm not looking in the right place... are there two marathons in Vegas? The Rock' n Roll is one... is there another?

Wow, super race, Ian!!! You were like a metronome, just clicking away the miles at the same (incredibly fast) pace. Shows what you can do when you are relaxed and going with the flow of your body....a huge PB! Five minutes at that pace is a huge PB.

If you weren't so freaking amazingly fast, I would say I'm getting tired of congratulating you on PBs this year! Great way to end the season, sir!

There really is no ceiling for you is there? I didn't think 5 minute PB's at those speeds was possible.

Was really looking forward to your report after reading your time in the race thread. Unbelievable. Congratulations!

Amazing job Ian. But then, with all the miles and races you've put in the bank this year, probably not all that surprising.

Congrats!
