Thanks! I actually just bought a box yesterday, too. They do look good! Now that I'm running a bit more, I think I need to snack more regularly so I'm not absolutely starving after school and at dinnertime (and more prone to binging on chocolate/candy).

I love the Kashi stuff. Never thought that I would ''cheat" on my beloved Nature Paths cereals, but Kashi Crunch and GoLean are awesome, and actually a bit more protein each. There bars are AWESOME. The seven grains one tastes home made. There are perfect for afternoon snack (around 150 cals per bar).

I am a huge fan of the cereals, but the bars kind of disappointed me. I tried the peanut butter one, and it was pretty darn bland! :( Maybe I'm just a huge fan of the added sugar and fat in the Nature Valleys?? :D

Thanks Kelodie! I saw the commercial the other night but forgot to check out the website for a free box. I love their cereal so we'll see how the bars are.

Thanks for bumping this post D-Man. I missed it the first time around. I like the Cherry Dark Chocolate myself. Yummy, not too sweet.

Thanks for the link Claudie. I just signed up for a free box too. :D
