I read on another site a recipe for making your own gels, and it said "it should make enough to fill a 5 serving GU flask".
What is a GU flask and where can I get one?
Cheers
Gel containers?
I believe when people refer to the GU flasks they mean those small plastic bottles that hang off the side of a running belt. You've probably seen the runners who look like they're carry packs of ammunition around their waist. I think there are several manufacturers, and you can get them in different sizes. I've never tried it, but many people swear by them.

I have one gel container, it is a clip-on. I really like it because I freeze a bit of water in the bottom and then I squeeze the gel on top. By the time I am looking for the gel it is cool, liquidy and way less messy.

I would be interested in having such a recipe. Where did you find it?
I run because it's fun.
