Great work putting on another tough race. The hills and the heat did not disappoint.
Thanks a lot to you, your team of volunteers and your sponsors!

The results are up: http://ouser.org/results/10/cv10.pdf
There are some changes from what was posted on Saturday. I am listed 36 not 38 overall, and I seem to be 6th in my age group not 7th. I am guessing that maybe some of the 50 K registrants who stopped after 25 (I talked to at least one) were temporarily given times for 25 K event. Just a theory, I see that there were 10 dnf's in the 50.

eta: still a bit confused with the standings, maybe I was 7th afterall.

I'm hoping that the pictures go up tonight. If you would like a high-res copy, please email me (Pierre_Marcoux@hcm.honda.com) with the photo number. These are 4-5 meg, so I might only be able to email 1 - 2 at a time.

Creemore was hot, but not like yesterday!

He passed me on the hill, he must have spotted the photographer. He crossed the 25 K mark over 2 minutes before me, and then kept going another loop. He's not as old as he looks though... He's only got 10 years on me. He placed 3rd for men over 50 in the 50, and that included most of the crowd! He's without ruth!
When I get a bio like his, I'll have to worry when I get passed!

Hello Pierre:

Any idea if there will be photos up of the 50k finish? So far, the only pic of me is the 3rd one with the bagpiper. I'm the guy keeled over behind him, maybe I'll have it framed!

Fantastic race by the way. I had a blast, and jumping in the river after felt soooo good. This was my first Creemore, I'll be back next year for sure, hopefully under cooler conditions!

I finally met Doonst during the first few km, I seem to miss most of the maniacs post race. I've signed up for Dirty Girls 24, if anyone is there I'll say hi!

Hey Mo! Dennis, the photographer, took 1600 pictures! I could not post them all. I'll check for your bib number and ATTEMPT to go through the pictures to see if there are any of you. I nearly went blind viewing all the pictures, making some low-res and posting them. I think near the end I simply skipped 500 pictures, so there is hope some of you exist. I'm on the wrong computer at this time, but will check this weekend and email you (assuming I have your eddress).

Thanks Pierre! Don't go crazy looking for them, but should you see any it would be appreciated. I'll send you an email in case you don't have the address. Again, no worries if you don't find some, don't ruin your eyes!

Hey Doonst, thanks for finding the only pic with me in. (hat off...still attempting to run uphill). I went thru the whole set and missed it somehow.

Cheers,

Scott
