Actually, I thought it should be build an ark Tuesday.

"30 to 80 mm of rain are expected over these areas today and Wednesday." Glad my gutters are cleared.

Ran 10k this morning.

Have a good one!

My gutters are NOT clear. I can not handle the ladder or get on the roof alone with my shoulder injury and can't find anyone to help me! :( Hope the rain is not too bad but on the bright side I don't have much in the basement to loose if I did flood (again). But really, they are just getting the drywall back in ... I can't lose it again!

Got out for a short run this morning before the rain starts. Beautiful morning for a run. I am off the meds I have been on for my shoulder and though still have a lot of pain and a long way to go before it heals am starting to feel more like myself! :)

Rainy, windy and miserable here, so off the the gym!

Tempo run done

13K total with 8K(5miles) @ tempo pace - which was 7.6MPH.

This gives me 292.5K for the month! :D

will hit the track tonight after work.

it's been pouring all night... hard enough to wake me up in the middle of the night, and there's a rainfall warning today... going to be a wet one out there! :)

You're telling me! I should have been wearing rain gear to walk to and from the skytrain this morning. Planning on running home from work-- I better run fast!

Slow 13K on a chilly morning (-14 WC -23), not particularly enjoyable for some reason.

Hey, aren't you supposed to be tapering?

Took this morning off since my first two days running this week puts me past last week's mileage.

13K, every other day, at >5:00/K is a taper in my books. That's probably why I'm cranky. I've got to stop agreeing to go to races with fast people.

Too Busy Tuesday for me - trying to get stuff done before I head to Vancouver on Thursday morning. But I found time for 50 minutes on the TM this morning, sort of a speed workout but nothing structured. Not looking forward to rain here followed by rain in BC but know it's going to be a great vacation nonetheless, complete with meeting Maniacs :)

Went to the gym at lunch and put in 40 minutes nice and easy @ 6.6 mph, with a 2 minute walking cool-down. 7.23 km in 42 minutes, 5:49/km.

Yesterday was a rest day, sort of. I spent a couple of hours moving stuff out of my upstairs rooms so my contractor could start the pre-sale fix ups in my house.

Went to the gym at lunch for weights and hopefully a run this evening.

It IS a terrific day!

Started out with a spin class and core workout before work.
Then got some really good news on major project (an impending approval  ), plus total vindication on something I almost lost my job over a month ago! I think I'm going to get a lottery ticket on the way home!!

Life is good!!
