I'm out as well.

I was actually briefly "in" for a bit of a visit to Winnipeg but I've now been scheduled for a trip to Vancouver the prior weekend, I don't want to add on any more travel.

Sorry DT - I'm out of this one. I'm going to Marathon Ontario 2 weeks after though if you feel like trekking that way

No worries Dr. S!

I must admit, with everything going on in my life - new crazybusy job, having to find a new place to live and move, and a complete lack of running lately - I'm not sure that I've given the attention to this that it deserves. And I'm not sure how involved I will be that weekend. :( :(

I would still hope to get together with anyone coming to town. I think that a Maniac gathering would be exactly what I need.

Maniacs ROCK.

Bingerunner is doing the half and we're both on a relay team as well. I'm doing the final leg of the relay. Maybe we could plan a get together at Boston Pizza on the Saturday night for anyone that is around and available.

I am running the Half. Saturday night works well for me - it can be my welcome home party, since I should be getting home sometime on June 2nd ;)

I have a wedding Saturday. I could try and sneak over to Boston Pizza between speeches. The reception is at Holiday Inn, Airport West (old Birchwood), on Portage Ave.

Come celebrate Winnipeg HOOPLA! June 17, 2012

Postby KBO » Tue Jun 12, 2012 7:58 pm

Alright, I have a special RM guest coming in this weekend. Any guesses?!? RMers should feel free to drop by any time after 5pm on Saturday for a visit and a bite to eat. PM me for details.

Let me know if you plan on stopping by so I can pick up some super easy grub depending on numbers. Bring your own booze...

It will be an early night since many of us are running the following am.
