I'm looking at around 150km for May.
I will lose a couple of days from running - one for a Dragon Boat regatta and one day travelling and wine-ing.

Run a marathon for this Month. If history repeats I'll be around 220 for mileage but it's not a set goal. I'll see how I feel after May 6th.

May is the final build month before my first "A" race on June 17th. I expect the month's totals to be somewhere around:

Run: 250km
Bike: 950km
Swim: 5000m

Still just focussed on building up slowly and continued injury recovery. No firm goals other than that, but I'm guessing somewhere around 150-200K.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

Congrats on surviving, I was in serious doubt I would get through this season.

This month's training will depend on how my recovery goes so I am not setting any targets at this stage.

That month turned out great for me. As stated, my goals were to build my mileage back up and continue injury recovery. Ended up with 22 runs, with nothing too fast or too long (longest run was 18km) for a total of 251km.

I didn't scroll back to see if I even made any predictions for this month, but I ended up with 300K which shocked me! It also included a solid performance at the SL10K.

Now for my Boston redemption run in Niagara Falls this weekend. 6 months of training will NOT go to waste!

The bad: Skipped a lot of runs this month as I struggled with fitting it in to my new work schedule. Just 84.25km total.

The good: Finished my first half-marathon, had fun, and in a time (2:21:14) that I'm happy with considering that I didn't get in as much training as I'd wanted to.

218K running, plus 2 Grouse Grind, one swim.

Two races (Half marathon on May 6, 5K on May 27)

Taper for my half + more difficult than normal recovery = pretty low mileage for the month.

YTD: just under 1200K

I managed a little over 100km in running, so I met my goal but am not breaking any mileage records.
whitewater rafting, check.
swimming was not good... I only swam 3 times (including tonight, assuming I make it there tonight!)
skipped the spartan race.

Ended up running 2 marathons this month. Vancouver (3:37) and Abbotsford (3:35). Wasn't planning on running Abby but the seed was planted last Thursday and I decided to register on Saturday. I didn't suffer with cramping in Abby so the last 6 miles wasn't as gruelling and I managed a bit of a kick at the end despite the 3k uphill finish. Abby is only a 35 min drive from home so a local race and a very nicely organized one too. May mileage was 233 km.

Work was still stupid this month so I missed out on some hoped for run commutes - managed 140km. Knees are feeling a bit sore today after three back to back runs - time for new shoes maybe.

After taking a couple of weeks off to recovery from injury, managed to get in 83kms for the month. Not great but I've known worse so I'll take it. :D
