Nice morning out there. 11K done this morning- 4K on the roads to and from the park, and 7K on my favourite trails.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

Woke up at 4am again this morning ... rolled over to look at the clock, said scr@w it, and rolled back over for another hour nap before getting up at 5am to get ready for work ....

Have a shift at the Shop after my regular job, so, I guess today will be a rest day, for sure ...

Nice walk to work this morning - didn't feel as humid as the past few days and there was even a nice breeze. Nothing else planned for today. Supposed to take a rest day :D

I feel like "finally Friday" but have only been back at work since Wednesday. It is tough to come back after vacation! Had a great time out west, but only managed one 11 km run. Kind of expected that to happen so am not too upset. Once back home, I'd rather have the memories and happiness of time spent with my family.

But, I am back home, and training for NYC needs to start. I ran 11 km on Wednesday night followed by 15 km this morning. It was so nice to have less heat and humidity today.

Good luck to all the Niagara runners/racers tomorrow, and to anyone else racing this weekend! DH and I may drive down to Niagara to cheer people in - one person we know is doing his first 100 km and it would be nice to be there to see it happen.

Nice easy 5 k along Rideau river this morning. Calf is back to normal so back to running routine this weekend. Haying has started so strength work today will be flinging bales! Mom is in the hospital having lung biopsy today so will go visit her later today. Praying for a good prognosis.

Since I didn't realize that the farewell lunch for some staff starts at 1:30, I didn't bring my running kit. I guess I'll be taking today as a rest day (though I did play Ultimate last night too).

Managed 8k with the dog and did some hill repeats as well. Thinking I may have to get my shoulder checked, funny it wasn't really sore after my tumble but now 2 weeks later it sure is. Today it even bugged me when running and holding the dog's leash.
