15K this morning. Was a bit of a slog though- just didn't have much energy.

Have a great day everyone!

A bit of an extra long - midweek LSD. Uh.. got turned around a bit in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. No problem though! It was beautiful and sunny and I was feeling good so 17K @ 6:08 pace it was!

Morning! Nice walk to wake me up (~3k) and this afternoon will include a walk of similar length (though not the same walk). I'm looking forward to celebrating a friend's birthday tonight... his fiance and I conspired to have a bbq dinner at their house with some of his friends and he has no idea :D

I did 5k this morning with 3*700m repeats. (It was supposed to be 6*400, but I wanted to do it this morning instead of sweating it out at the track tonight, so just did laps of the pond.)

Another nice morning in the GTA following a reasonably cool night. I love sleeping with the windows wide open. Tonight is Runpub and that would normally be my plan for today, but our female cat has a vet appt at 5:00 p.m. so running tonight will depend on whether we have to wait, how long her appt lasts, etc. Knowing that, I went out for a 10 km run this morning. It was okay, felt like a bit of a slog, but when I checked the pace on my Garmin later it was a little faster than I thought. I'll take it :) Hope to run easy tonight and make it a double.

I plan to do a fast 5km around the golf course this morning. It is hard work running in the mountains.

I haven't posted here for awhile ...

An hour on the bike & 30 minute run. Very slow return after injury.

Got up early to run.

Found out I have a flu bug.

Went back to bed.

Got up later and discovered the flu bug was not a dream - was not happy.

Did a presentation this morning, an interview this afternoon, a client after that and then got called into cover for my co worker who is 'too busy' to do his job (so yes, even though I am sick and they know it the job had to be done so I ended up doing it ... not sure why they have yet to fire the other person as I do 75% of his job!). Love days when you simply can not cancel or change things ... tylenol is my friend.

I am now feeding the dogs and going to bed

I plan to be better tomorrow

goodnight everyone!

I was debating taking a rest day but ended up going for a run tonight. 55 mins and it was pretty nice out around 8PM.

Had a sluggish 10.5k. How I get through July will determine how good or bad Aug and Sept will be.
