My three things:

1- Run- 21K with 16 @ MP
2- Meeting in 20 mins with the company president
3- big sigh of relief in about 50 minutes (after meeting with company president)
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

3) survive evening #2 sans Irongirl.

Good luck erinmcd

Safe travels strider

Wow cbaker1, that's just crazy.

Just go easy MikeM, you don't want to aggravate it! Do you have a compression sleeve or something you could put over it? Swimming should be good for the knee.

Doonst, where do we meet?

Smiles is "backwards squats somekind of euphemism??? ;)

I don't know what to call the squats? I have to start sitting on a step-stool and "Squat up". It's a physio exercise.

Jocelyn

I run because it's my passion, and not just a sport. Every time I walk out the door, I know why I'm going where I'm going and I'm already focused on that special place where I find my peace and solitude. Running, to me, is more than just a physical exercise...it's a consistent reward for victory!

I Googled it! Too bad for Al. :(

The video I saw didn't have the stool, she just squatted under the racked bar to start, looked really hard to get a good position. I'm glad to hear about the step-stool, that would help getting a good position. Sounds a lot like box squats, but we still start at the top, sit on the bench (or box as the name implies), then press up.

My presentation went well. Nobody got yelled at, and I think I came across looking at least somewhat competent and intelligent.
