Just got in before the nasty stuff started!

Pretty good 16K @ 5:29 pace. Legs felt peppy today. :D

No spring here yet. :evil: Ripping out carpet in our "sun" room (that is not very sunny these days), then hopefully a long run.

Easy 12.2km. Tomorrow has a nice 4hr run on the schedule, so just short and easy for today

10k on the TM - and we're supposed to get hit with another 20cm of snow , so it looks like my long run tomorrow will have to be on the TM too.

7km for me nice and easy. I wanted to ride my bike to rehearsal but it was raining... I'm not made of sugar except when it comes to biking in the rain! I don't like the poopypants look it causes, haha.

Race kit pickup. Bike leg of tomorrows triathlon is likely going to be cancelled with 6 inches of snow on the way.
