Very impressed that even with a sore butt you have an excellent time and placed in your AG!

Sorry to hear that the sub 4hr marathon has eluded you this weekend, but all thing considering that is one impressive finishing time. I have no doubt that you will reach that plateau soon and if it were not for that PITA; I think you would have done it. Kudos to Size5 for being your guardian angel!

I see a 3 in the near future.

Good work Sue- too bad it didn't end like you were hoping for, but good on you sticking with it until the end.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

Thanks for your wonderful race report, which is full of grace. I'm so sorry that the "3" keeps eluding you, but I'm impressed and inspired by your optimism and perseverance! Congrats on the AG placement, too!

Another marathon, Habs? You ran another marathon without telling me first ?? :what: Gone for a month and you go and sneak in a marathon ?? :what: :shifty:

Perhaps, not what you had hoped for, but congratulations on completing another one ... though, you should have the residual training "effect" to pursue another one, if your body, mind and spirit is up for it ...

Come to Ottawa in 2014 and we will get you that sub 4 hour marathon yet ... :shifty:

Your sore ass and my sore ass need to get together and go sub 4!!!

So awesome that you were able to tough it out and still come in with a great time.

If you can do a 4:18 with all the problems you had on the way, I am 100% sure you will get that elusive 3:xx:xx probably with lots to spare. Looking forward to reading all about it when it happens.
