Great 14.2km this morning, mostly on trails. Love this time of year when the sun is up so early.

11K this morning- on road up to the local conservation area, then trails. Run club tonight- doing a time trial on the same trails. Should be fun!
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

Bike commute (it's almost not worth reporting on that anymore since it's become my usual mode of transportation). I won't have time to do anything else today as I'm flying to Calgary tonight. :)

Rest day today, after a peppy 10K last night with the RR gang. It was awesome. There could not have been a better night for running.

Also nice today, but after 6 straight days of running, I though a break prudent.

Up at sunrise due to jet lag, so I went for a 3k walk. Due to either being sick, or the lack of activity for the last month, that was tiring. Oh well. Eventually I will get back into it all.

Well, I was really bummed that I skipped Runpub last night to meet with the driveway paving contractor, because the contractor never showed up. By the time we concluded that he wouldn't be there, it was too late to just go for a run. At least I did upper body weights and core work while watching the hockey game. This morning was a half hour on the elliptical followed by a bit of upper body weights and a few minutes walking on the roof track while DH finished his speed workout. We had a surprise fire drill at work this morning and I hope that's it for excitement today. ;)

Have a good one!

Meditation and Yin Yoga this morning. Sitting cross-legged for 15 minutes at the start killed my poor, sore groin. Beer with some of my old workmates this afternoon.

Wow the daily thread, what a concept. It has been a while since I posted here.

12.1K run commute in the light rain here in YVR. I'm certainly NOT complaining, I was still in shorts & t-shirt and it was still a little humid.

I had the day off for an ultrasound (which went great) so I did 5k in the morning. Felt good! I passed a cyclist... you know you can work a BIT harder when the 6mos preg chick passes you, haha. Pat and I are relaxing now in the sun... Did I ever need a day like this!!

Not sunny here but I still had a very pleasant run on the treadmill. 5.6k in 35 min.

Most definitely not sunny here, 100% humidity and steady drizzle. Pretty good feeling 6km run with a hilly return.

It ended up being about 8K, the evening and the moon were spectacular.
Oh yeah, there were also about 20 bunny rabbits out enjoying the sunset as well - what a nice time.
