13k today, including a nice stretch down the middle of closed-off-for-Pride Church Street.

Interval workout on the TM for me. I'm glad June is over as it was a bad month for me running wise, too many days off sick. Looking forward to July!!!!

14.5km. First run in a week (Dental surgery last Monday) Took it very slow and enjoyed the run.

Got a rainy 5k walk done. I'm tired out now, but hoping this is the start of getting back to good health.

Back/shoulders/biceps morning at the gym... an easy 7 or 8km this evening, if a couple afternoon beers don't spoil that plan. Very nice day in Ottawa today.

A nice 16k along the Richmond Dyke trail with Stampie. Then coffee after. It was really nice - thanks for run Bryan. :)

a little over 7 miles this morning with my group. It's pretty warm out there! We had icecream after. :lol: 8)

Total of 31 km today mostly with the Waterloo RR crew. Basically we had good running conditions for the last day of June.

Felt much lighter on my feet today compared to yesterday's run. 17k followed by a great game of golf. A great day overall!

No thank-you for the company and a good way to really kick my training into gear, as it's official, I'm signed up for the Bellingham Bay Marathon!
