Me too - my first real road ride>>>  Will try to keep up with my sister who is healing from a broken clavicle and rib and hasn't ridden for about a month. I'm sure I will still be struggling to keep up with her.

Another 6 km run this morning though this one felt a bit quicker and easier than the others since I started back up again. Now to get some work done for tomorrow which I should have finished earlier

A sluggish 6k. It's supposed to be over 30C here today, and already felt like it this morning! Taking the kids to Heritage Park for Canada Day, then maybe the spray park to cool down.

8k done this morning with Scotty and the dog.

There will be squats and lunges later today, because I'm craving, of all things, squats and lunges.

What have I become? Who, seriously, craves doing squats and lunges!?!? :what:

I had a great half hour run today- the weather was perfect!! We're heading out shortly for a walk in the forest with the dogs. I hope everyone is having a great Canada Day! Ang, so glad to hear you're getting better. :)

6 laps of Kits Pool equals 1640m. :). Very nice way to start Canada Day. I bumped into some friends there and had coffee after too.

Well it's been a long time since I've written on here. I haven't beeen running regularly for quite some time now. What better day to start then Canada Day, post it here so you folks help to keep me honest. Ran for 1:01:39. Felt fantastic, even had the sweaty glow happening..... Big smiles on my face , now to continue on with my happy lifestyle and get my life back to where it was before.... Happy Canada Day all...

Great morning here for the Canada Day 5K race in Belleville. My daughter Abby had a massive PB to finish in 25:38, and I rolled across the finish line in 18:48.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.
