Up at o'dark to run the Kemah bridge. Then case the tatoo joint, then wash the car, then groceries, then 6 more miles in Brummerhop Park, then a green smoothie and other food. Next, a nap.

I liked running the bridge. I can totally imagine myself drastically cutting my miles, going faster, and staying with the cross training for increased fitness.

The tatoo? Well, I have a couple of spiritual anniversaries coming up 8/8, and I wanted to paint their symbols on my body. And, I have a new friend who has alot of tatoos and offered to accompany me into one of these IMO shaky establishments to make sure I get quality work and not get screwed. So, we'll see if I actually do this or not.

6.5k run/walking with a decent percentage of running. "Sore" tendon was not sore at all, so a hot and happy run today! :)

I couldn't get enough trails yesterday, so I went for a 20 km run through the woods. I found another 2-3 km of trail that I hadn't yet explored.

I'd love to hear more about this! I have two tattoos - both are very spiritual in my own way. Quality establishments are out there and it's fantastic you have trustworthy help to find one. A tattoo can look amazing when done skillfully!

As for my mileage, i did a good 10km on my treadmill. More thunderstorms again tonight!
