Enjoy the mild weather!!! I think we're heading out to Shubie Park for some walking in the woods in a bit, before the next weather system moves in tonight. M's coming down with a cold, though, so if he's not up to it, I'll head out for a run or walk.

Very mild here in Toronto too- it might actually rain today. But dipping much lower tomorrow.

I'm happy on my treadmill here-- ran another 7K before everyone was up.

12k with my posse at the running room! Most excellent! We had a route that was 99% runnable, so that was good!

We made it to the park for an hour, then got lots of shopping done. Now we are ready for the next storm coming tonight. I think we are just getting rain here, though.

9.2k in liquid air, not really rain but a constant mist.
I was tempted to catch a train ride after 5k but stuck it out for the full run.

It's kind of misty/rainy here. I've been procrastinating my long run today but I need to get out the door soon or I'll be chasing daylight at the end. :/

20.4K done in 2:06. Footing was OK on the MGT heading west. Went as far as the western edge of the CNE (Dunn Ave.) and then back home. It was very mild and the rain held off, which was nice.

Since yesterday's run went .4 over and I was tired I decided to make today's .4 shorter. 15.6 miles done!
