Yeah, lovely and warm, but even the cemetery is barely runnable. So 21 turned into 17. Oh well....

Was going to head outside, but the freezing rain spoiled my morning. 5K on the TM.

Finally got outside for a run for the firs time in well over a month. 4 degrees and misty here in the big smoke. Still a bit of ice, but mostly puddle dodging. Boy, am I out of shape after Christmas! 7.5 km in just under 39 minutes and it actually felt a little hard. Here's to more running this winter!

Easy 14K. The temperature was mild (-5) but a stiff wind from the SE (a headwind fot the 2nd half of my run) did not go unnoticed.

7 miles on TM. Too icy outside to risk it for me.... This is my long run. Taking it easy this week...

Still -9 here when I set out, but warming up as I got home. Should be +6 here later as well.

22 slow and slippery km done. The pathways are surprisingly not in bad shape, but some sections are still pretty sludgy.

The day started out quite nice after a very stormy night, we managed 10k in shirtsleeve weather, 8 degrees and dry, unfortunately our run was 13k and the dry weather ended. Last 3k was wet and windy, oh well, the weather man had warned that the morning was going to be wet and stormy so at least we didn't have to do the whole thing in gross weather.
Fingers crossed tomorrow will be dryer.

I am sitting at Tim Hortons enjoying a coffee. I have to get my butt in gear and hit the YMCA for my run and workout. :(

Easy paced 14km around the lake, in the rain.

Was going to go out for a short run tonight but the sidewalks are too icy. Going to the indoor track in the morning.
