Where is it?

Oh well, rest day for me. Shopping for new running shoes and walking the dog today.

Started the day by shoveling snow, then got to the gym in time to do 30 minutes on the elliptical. I'll do weights and core at home tonight (assuming there isn't more snow to shovel). With the fresh snow (soon to be ice in a lot of places) and the plunging temperatures, it looks like another week of running inside. Bah. I'm so glad to have had a good outside run on Saturday!

Have a good day and stay warm, everyone. :)

More nice fresh snow for my run this morning- headed down to Presqu'ile Prov Park, did a loop around the marsh boardwalk trail and then back home for 11km.
Keep on rolling, just a mile to go. Keep on rolling my old buddy, you're moving much too slow.

Speedwork on the TM: 1K w/u, 5 times 400 hard/200 easy, 1 K c/d. Day 1 of my Cabot Trail plan. Not up to trying that outside in the cold with slippery roads.

Gonna take a rest day as well. I did have to get up and shovel this morning though. Hopefully nothing more when I get home. Tell fighting this cold bug and it's got me feeling pretty sleepy... So it's just me and Juan Pablo (The Bachelor) tonight and no running.

10K done. Pretty darn cold with that wind but not as bad as it's going to get tonight and tomorrow!

25 minutes is all I could take today! I hate when the wind is coming from the northwest, because no matter which way I run, at some point I'm headed into the wind. :( It was FREEZING. I'm glad I got it done though. I don't think the rest of the week is looking any better. Winter sucks!

I'm with QC, winter sucks.

After braving the cold to walk the Boys, I just didn't want to get back outside. It didn't help that my **** key broke in 2 in our front door lock. So, after fiddling around for 20 mins with tweezers, they key finally came out and I was done with the cold . 30 mins on the treadmill for this girl, in a skirt :D

Better check your back and make sure no-one's coming for you after your fall.....mind you, at least you can outrun them.

Trying desperately to convince myself that the -40c wind isn't ALL that bad....but it's not working. I really need to invest in a gym membership.
