First leg, Lisa ... Want me to pace you for the first 15K ?? :shifty: :P

4:40 pace? You're joking right!

I've been following your training, Lisa .. :P

Just fixed my grammatical error! Yikes! I can't believe I made that one (your-you're)

Uhm.. Andy, if you've been following my training, you know that I really have never run 4:40 for any distance - EVER!

You gotta start sometime, Lisa ... ATB would be the perfect place to start .... :shifty:

Always in awwwe of your training volume and consistency, Lisa, though admit not noticing the paces as clearly as I should be, eh!! :shifty:

Similar to the other thread going, I'm running Boston in 3 weeks so not sure what to do with ATB. Still trying to decide.

GOOD THINGS HAPPEN TO THOSE WHO WAIT!

Thanks to the extremely hard work by New Balance and its' team across the country, the Bay Race 30k shirts will be available for race weekend hand out.

A big thank you to NEW BALANCE!

Robin - I am going to try to match my "hoped for" pace at Boston. :) Looking for a finish under 3 hours. ( Oops - Now I've said it!! )

I haven't done this race in a few years. Any recommendations for where to park and how early to get down there? Looks like the weather will be reasonably nice, but can be an issue with it apparently warming up quite a bit during the day. Have to figure how to dress. Thinking a short sleeve shirt under a thin jacket. What about you guys?

For parking, head east on King from ON-403 and 1/2 mile past everyone turning left into outdoor lots. Park on the left underground in a green P beside Copps once you see signs for Art Gallery.

I don't have to throw things away since I can just hand a bag of stuff (and my big warm coat) to Marg when we hand off the timing chip. :)

Women's are lavender, men's are grey.

I have no idea what to wear :P I was thinking long sleeve and shell, but with that wind I wonder if I will want an extra layer...it has been so long since I've had to dress for weather this warm I am actually worried I will underdress thinking "but it's so warm out!"

I have a grey ATB shirt and my bib says l'm supposed to be running in the A corral. Guess that's what happens when you buy someone else's bib  If only my speed would magically increase when I put on the bib!
