I haven't felt this anxious about running in a long time. I like it.

40 minutes on the rowing machine. Then went out for my first bike ride of the year. I was going along nice and easy until a big dog ran out in front of me, my wheel hit it and I went down hard. I now have varying sizes of bandaids and tape in various places to cover up the scrapes and blood.....

Nick sorry about the spill, hope you don't have any lasting injuries other than the road rash.

Just did 10K with Rob in a bit over an hour. My legs feel very good, but I still feel a bit tired. Still, it was a good run (other than he had to listen to me whining a bit about my marathon ;) ). Thanks for the run.

Oh, no, Nick! :(

Any sign of the dog owner? Why was the dog running around?

Makes a bad rep for dogs but it's the owners that need to leash them! Hope you are ok Nick

Hoping all the ultranuts finished upright and smiling.

Nothing for me today, I slept a lot today and feel like I'm coming up with something =( We spent a lot of time outside after the race and the winds were strong.

Hope all the racers had/have a great day!

I did about 5K in the greenbelt in pretty warm conditions. With this recent weather, at least I get to practise my hot weather pacing!

20k today, paved this time for something easier. ;) I felt alright until about the last 5km so I guess I'm not 100% recovered, but getting there. :)
