Thursday morning in Galveston
Went out for my first run in Texas this morning it was 29C at 0600! 6.5 miles along the sea wall.

Wow! Hot there Coacao!
It was lovely here, but I decided on a treadmill run/strength workout.
I did 10 minute warmup - 4 miles @ 7.5mph and 1.2m cool down. Worked out to 10K in 53:30 total. The tempo pace felt remarkably good!
Stretching and strength followed.

Sitting at my desk watching people workout. I will run later with the kiddies as they ride their bikes. Hopefully at least 5km but I will let them decide the distance. There will be slurpees and a lake swim after.

7k of hill repeats on an evening in Burnaby, thankfully it was cooler in the shade where we were running after a hot day (by Vancouver standards).

5 miles for runpub. Just two of us tonight.
I was feeling the heat and apparently dehydrated... Downed three glasses of water at the pub (and a Bellini!).

5.58 km in 40 minutes on a warm and humid night. 21°C with 73% humidity, feels like 27°C at 10:30 at night!
