Middle Monday

Already past the middle of the month of January. Darkness is getting less and less.

Re-acquainted myself with speed work tonight, with the word "speed" being very relative. Hopped on the TM for 1K walk, 5K ladder of 500m segments, increasing and then decreasing the pace, finishing with 1K walk. Way too much sweat for what I was doing but that's OK.
