Goal setting can be so tough, especially when you're dealing with a number of contributing factors (injuries, weather, footing, etc.). Sounds like you had a good race. Congrats!

Your clinic members were lucky to have you and James as leaders! Congratulations for the race, but also for helping your clinic member to reach a new milestone in their running.

Good run, Kiza. Set the plan and run it. Winter races are never easy to plan due to all the variables. Way to hang tough and finish strong!!
